We aim to reply to every email within 48 hours. Orders and refund questions are handled first.
What to write about where
- A question about your jathakam, a muhurtham or a pooja vidhanam. Use the Ask a Doubt page. Include your birth date, birth time and birth place so the answer is actually useful.
- An order, a download that did not arrive, or a refund. Email us with your payment reference. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for what we cover and how long each step takes.
- A mistake you spotted on the site. Please tell us. Corrections to the panchangam, a calculation or a translation are welcome and we act on them.
- Anything about your personal data. See the Privacy Policy, then email us and we handle it.
Grievance redressal
If a complaint about an order, a payment or your personal data has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you can escalate it to our grievance redressal officer.

Every grievance is acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and resolved within 30 days. You receive a written response either way, including the reasoning if the outcome is not what you asked for.
